Pricing structure
How the price actually works
$50,000 USD is the floor. Scope and price are negotiated per buyer based on the catalogue ambition, the niche, and the time density required from me.
Typical engagement structures:
- • Standard: $50,000 cash, 6 months, weekly cadence, 30-product target
- • Heavy: $75,000-$100,000 cash, 6 months, twice-weekly cadence, 50-product target, more design-system customisation
- • Equity-flex: reduced cash + equity component, by interview only, for businesses where the founder wants me holding aligned long-term interest
- • Cohort+: $30,000 cash for joining the Builder Cohort + an additional embedded 1-on-1 cadence around it. Sub-floor, by interview only, for the right founder.
Single occupant of the engagement window. When the seat is taken, the next 6-month window opens 30 days before the current one closes.
What this is not
Honest boundaries
- Not a fractional executive role, fractional CMO, or fractional advisor.
- Not a guarantee of revenue, valuation, exit, or customer count.
- Not an agency engagement — you do the build, I am the architect alongside you.
- Not transferable — the seat is attached to one founder and one business.
- Not paused or stopped mid-engagement — the cadence is the product, and breaking the cadence breaks the product.

- Not an investment relationship — equity-flex is an alternative pricing structure, not a fundraise.
