Products & what you get

What exactly is a "single HTML dashboard"?
It's one .html file you save to your computer. You open it in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). It runs entirely offline — no internet required after download. No installation, no SaaS subscription, no DRM, no expiry. Inside: calculators, templates, frameworks, checklists, all interactive in your browser.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. Save the file anywhere — Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, your firm's file server. Open it on any device. The single-organisation licence covers internal use across all your devices.
Are the calculators actually interactive?
Yes. Every calculator has input fields, runs the calculation client-side in your browser, and shows the output instantly. No data leaves your device — everything runs locally.
What's the difference between a Mastery and a Flagship?
Masteries are single-topic dashboards (e.g. Pricing Mastery, Critical Auditor Mastery) priced $197–$397. Flagships are integrated multi-topic dashboards (e.g. Empire Edition, Operator Empire) priced $497–$997. Master Edition is everything bundled at $1,497. APEX Edition adds the 52-week curriculum on top at $1,997.

Delivery

How fast does the file arrive after I pay?
Typically within 1 business hour, always within 24 hours. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, email andrew@theprotocolcollective.com and we'll resend immediately.
Where do I download from?
There's no download portal. Files are emailed directly to the address you used at Stripe checkout. We deliberately don't use a platform login system — the file is yours, owned forever, and we don't want a SaaS layer between you and your tools.
What if my work email blocks the .html attachment?
Some corporate email filters strip .html attachments. If yours does, reply to the email and we'll resend as a .zip (most filters allow .zip). Or provide a personal email and we'll send there.

Licensing

Can my whole team use the dashboard?
Yes — the standard licence is single-organisation. Anyone in your company can use the file. The Multi-Team Licence ($997) is for very large orgs that want unlimited deployment without ambiguity, plus quarterly updates and external auditor read access.
Can I share the file with consultants or contractors I work with?
Yes — if they're working on YOUR project for YOUR organisation. The licence covers your internal team and trusted contractors working on your behalf. It does NOT cover redistribution, resale, or sharing with their own clients beyond your engagement.
Can I modify the file?
For internal use, yes — modify, fork, customise as you want. You can't redistribute the modified version externally, and you can't strip the brand to claim it as your own work.
Can I resell it or include it in my client engagement?
No to resale. Yes to using it inside YOUR engagement with YOUR client (the licence travels with your engagement). If you're a consultant who wants to formally bundle our products into your offer, email — we have a partnership shape that works for that.

Choosing the right tier

I'm a fintech CCO at a Series B-D shop. Where do I start?
Most likely Critical Auditor Mastery ($397) or the Fintech Compliance Bundle ($497). If you want the full integrated stack, Empire Edition ($697) covers compliance + pricing + demand engineering + AI mastery + foundations.
I'm a founder of an early-stage fintech. Where do I start?
Operator Foundations ($197) or Operator Empire ($697) depending on stage. Foundations is the 8-module tactical Operator Systems. Operator Empire is the 16-module strategic Operator Systems for founders running serious businesses.
I run an Australian accounting firm. What's relevant?
AU Accounting Firm Toolkit ($397) for the practice toolkit, plus the CPA Quarterly Operator Systems ($497) for the partner-level cadence. The Pricing Mastery dashboard is also high-leverage for engagement-letter design.
When does Master Edition make sense?
When you've already bought 2+ products and the per-product math is approaching $1,497. The Master Edition includes everything and gives you significant savings vs à la carte. Plus Year 1 of Quarterly Updates is included.
When does APEX Edition make sense?
When you want everything — every product, the 52-week structured curriculum, the 12 quarterly drill artifact templates, plus Year-1 Quarterly Regulatory Updates. The complete bundle for buyers who want one transaction and a year-long self-paced operator program.

Refunds & support

What's your refund policy?
60-day satisfaction guarantee on every product. If the dashboards aren't useful for your situation after genuine use, email for a full refund — no paperwork, no clawback. See Refunds Policy for full details.
Who do I email for support?
andrew@theprotocolcollective.com. That's the founder (Andrew Walker) directly. Replies within 1 business day. No support queue, no chatbot.
Do you have a phone number?
No. Email-only support. Replies within 1 business day. Email scales; phones don't.
