These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theprotocolcollective.com (the "Site") and any digital products purchased from The Protocol Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
The Protocol Collective sells digital downloadable products, including HTML dashboards, template bundles, and subscription content. Products are delivered via email after payment confirmation. All products are single-organisation licences unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. Multi-Team Licence).
Payment is processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the listed price. All prices are in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. Stripe issues a tax invoice automatically.
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 1 business hour of payment confirmation, but no later than 24 hours. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at andrew@theprotocolcollective.com.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product within your organisation. You may not:
The Multi-Team Licence has specific terms that supersede the standard licence — see your purchase agreement.

All content on the Site and within our products — including but not limited to text, frameworks, calculators, designs, code, and brand elements — is owned by The Protocol Collective or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
All products, calculators, frameworks, templates, and content from The Protocol Collective are provided FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They do NOT constitute and shall not be construed as: legal advice, financial advice, regulatory advice, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice, audit advice, or professional advice of any kind.
You are responsible for verifying that the frameworks, calculators, and templates are appropriate for your specific business, regulatory context, and jurisdiction. Calculator outputs are estimates based on inputs you provide. We make no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
Always consult licensed professionals — attorneys, certified accountants (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.), regulatory consultants, financial advisors — for any legal, regulatory, financial, accounting, tax, or investment decisions affecting your business.
The Protocol Collective and Andrew Walker disclaim all liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on information in our products. Use of our products at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Protocol Collective's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Quarterly Regulatory Update Subscription is billed annually in USD via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
